This beautiful 2025 commemorative silver coin was produced in the USA by Shad Watson. The coin was struck in .999 quality solid silver. It measures 38mm in diameter and weighs around 42 grammes. There were only 10 copies minted.
The ‘head’ shows an image of Yr Ceubren Yr Ellyll (inspired by the original sketch by Sir Richard Colt Hoare). It also shows the full moon, the Nanney coat of arms and a Celtic cross at the base, as a homage to Hywel Sele.
The ‘tails’ shows the legend of the Gwiber Coed Y Moch, with trees and mountain in the background.
